The french drain has made a favorable difference by reducing pooling water in the back yard. I notice lots of water near the road so I know the pipe is doing its job.

The Triple Safe appears well. I'm not sure how often it runs because it is quite quiet. I am happy I chose that pump and had the electrical work done, I consider it a wise investment.

I plan on getting the Triple Safe maintained by your company on a yearly basis so I know we'll be in touch.

I’m also amazed at how much water is coming out from under my house…. it’s like I’ve been living in a house boat! It was pumping out about every 30 seconds for the first few hours.

The pump is very quiet too. I was worried that it would be noisy under my TV room but I can barely hear it, in fact I think I only hear it because I’ve been listening for it.
